Page l of 1
—11
Linda Turkatte [EH)
From: Krista Wood [KWood@advancedchemical.net]
Sent: Monday, May 04, 2009 5:43 PM
To: Linda Turkatte [EH]
Cc: Brian Trefault
Subject: Spill Sampling Report from Thule for Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc.
Attachments: Spill Sampling Report.pdf
Hello Ms. Turkatte,
My name is Krista Wood and I am the Compliance Manager with Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc.
(ACT). In March 2009 ACT obtained wastewater samples to determine the nature and extent if any at
Thule Towing Systems located at 1313 South Stockton Street in Lodi, CA. The sampling was
conducted as the result of Non-RCRA hazardous waste liquid that spilled out of an ACT vacuum truck
when the overflow valve failed to close and shut off the pump. Approximately 15 gallons was released
and spilled on the ground. The drains were rinsed with water and the spill area was pressure washed
and cleaned. The sample was taken from the ACT vacuum truck tank due to the drains and lines being
clean and had no material to sample.
I have attached a copy of the spill sampling report for your records. If you have any questions
regarding this report, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you,
Krista Wood
Krista Wood, CSP
Compliance Manager
Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc.
Office: 760-489-5600
Fax: 760-489-5625
Cell: 619-571-5737
941
The information transmitted is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may
contain confidential and/or privileged material.
