Table of Required Corrections <br /> This Plan was prepared in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR 112.7 and 112.8 and it <br /> Is represents the facilities and procedures in use at the Plant as of the date of this report. <br /> There are several items that are recommended to be corrected or completed in order to certify this <br /> SPCC Plan. These were considered to be significant and need to be completed to ensure full <br /> compliance with the regulations. Spill Prevention Provide containment for the Spill <br /> Hazardous Waste Containment <br /> Accumulation Site drum <br /> storage area. Spill Prevention Provide fixed hose Transfer <br /> connection (e.g. cam-lock) Operations <br /> for loading or removal of <br /> tanks content (batch disposal <br /> • and other chemicals)within <br /> the containment area. <br /> 3. Spill Prevention Install protective vehicle Spill <br /> barrier or posts around the Containment <br /> side of the Tank <br /> Containment Area to prevent <br /> potential damage to <br /> containment wall. <br /> Recommend to mark truck <br /> and vehicle paths alongside <br /> the area. <br /> 4.
