Stockton St. <br /> Lodi, CA 95420 <br /> RE: SPCC Plan <br /> Dear Fred: <br /> Attached is a copy of the final Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan for the <br /> Lodi Plant and Operations. This plan has been developed from the site visit by Bill <br /> Weber of BlueWater & Assoc. and information provided by your office. The plan meets <br /> the requirements of 40 CFR part 112 regulations. <br /> On the whole, the operations and features of the Lodi Plant provide a good level of spill <br /> prevention and control in event of a spill. <br /> However, as we discussed, there are several items relating to adequate containment for <br /> the Fresh Chemical Storage and Hazardous Waste Drum storage areas. We are prepared <br /> to certify the plan and attest that to the adequacy of the containment and spill prevention <br /> provisions once the containment has been addressed. <br /> There are a couple of other recommendations that are listed in the beginning of the plan. <br /> A plan for resolving these should be identified and noted in the plan. <br /> Once complete,we are prepared to certify the plan. <br /> Please give me a call with any questions. <br /> /Tey M oslin ' <br /> Presid <br /> Enclosure: 1 copy of the SPCC plan <br />
