One metal 55 gallon drum full of waste absorbent is missing its start accumulation date. All <br /> hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name & address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous property (flammable, toxic, reactive, ignitable), 4. physical state (solid or liquid) <br /> 5. composition/contents, 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label the drum of waste absorbent with its start accumulation date. <br /> -Corrected on site. Found last disposal receipt with pick up date of 01/30/2012 & marked date. <br /> Submit a written statement explaining how to ensure all waste containers will be marked with a start <br /> accumulation date along with the following above information. <br /> 601. Failed to properly dispose of hazardous waste after storing on site longer than 90 days. The storage <br /> of hazardous waste can remain on site for storage up to 90 days (3 months).
