STATE ROUTE HWY 26, LINDEN, CA <br />95236 <br />This letter is to notify you that we received your January 13, 2005 Request for Reconsideration <br />of the requirement to perform enhanced leak detection (ELD) testing at the above-named <br />underground storage tank (UST) facility. Regulations required that owners or operators submit <br />Requests for Reconsideration no more than 60 days after receipt of the State Water Resources <br />Control Board's notification letter [Calif. Code of Regulations, Ch. 16, Sec. 2640(e)(2)] In that <br />the S WRCB notifications were mailed no later than May 2003, your Request for Reconsideration <br />is more than one year late. <br />Nevertheless, we will review your request outside of the regulatory deadline and notify you of <br />our determination.
