The letter
explains that the State Water Resources Board believed that our station fell under the
requirements of needing to perform an ELD test because we are a fuel station within
1000 feet of a public well. Actually, according to the Linden County Water District, they
have determined that our station, although we do dispense fuel we are not within 1000
feet of any public wells. Please find the enclosed letter which outlines the various public
wells in Linden and their corresponding distances from Orlando's Market. Furthermore,
I ask to be removed from the list of sites required to perform this type of test.
Sincerely,
Sammy Orlando
209-887-2828 w
209-981-0502 c
a
