SWRCB has notified us that you have <br />not sent them a copy of your ELD test result, and we have not received a copy of the test result. <br />Unless a request for reconsideration was approved by the SWRCB for your facility, you are <br />required to submit and have a program of ELD testing approved by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) within six months from the date of formal notification <br />you received from SWRCB, and to implement ELD testing 12 months thereafter. The EHD <br />requires a permit to be obtained prior to conducting ELD testing. <br />According to our records, you have an UST system(s) with no single -walled component(s). ELD <br />testing is required only once by Section 25292.5 of the Health and Safety Code.
