All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product <br />at the dispenser when it detects a leak. Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br />contractor replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a <br />permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a <br />possibility that the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />310 <br />CCR 2636(f)(1) Sensor in a turbine sump failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br />Unable to determine if sensors activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of <br />the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow <br />of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain <br />a permit within one business day from the EHD. All line leak <br />detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately have a properly licensed, <br />trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed leak detectors (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a <br />permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed leak detectors can't be replaced immediately, there is a <br />possibility that the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />326 <br />CCR 2635(b)(2) Overfill prevention system not present, was overridden, or failed to meet overfill requirements. <br />Unable to determine if the overfill prevention system is functional. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum <br />into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under <br />permit and inspection of the EHD.
