Other Violations <br />9999 X Other:HSC25404(e)4 See attached "Continuation - Official Inspection Report" for violation(s) not listed above. <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has conducted a routine Hazardous <br />Waste (HW) inspection of the referenced facility on June 26, 2014. The Official Inspection Report of this <br />inspection was mailed on June 27, 2014. The facility is currently closed for business with no access to <br />the building, but HW and petroleum fuel (in existing underground storage tanks) are still being stored on <br />site. Following are all Class I violations observed during this inspection: 101, 108, 204, 302, 303, 304, <br />305, 306, 701, 9999 <br />101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br />generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br />an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br />evidence to the EHD. <br />108. EHD has not received document pertaining to the hazardous waste determination and disposal of <br />the 2 bottles of used oil by garbage can between the dispensers observed in 2011. Generator shall <br />make hazardous waste determination of the waste and managing the waste accordingly. Immediately <br />make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of <br />the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit <br />how this violation was corrected and evidence to the EHD. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
