UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK CLOSURE PROGRAM <br /> U-HAUL FACILITY#709-23 <br /> 7701 TAM O'SHANTER <br /> STOCKTON,CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report summarizes the procedures and findings of an underground storage tank removal and closure <br /> program conducted at the U-Haul Facility#709-23 located at 7701 Tam O'Shanter in Stockton,California <br /> (Figure 1). The program was conducted on December 15 through 19, 1997 by a tank removal and closure <br /> team at the request of Amerco Real Estate Company/TJ-Haul International (Amerco/U-Haul). Wayne <br /> Perry,Inc. (and subcontractor H.B. Covey)and Columbia Analytical Services,Inc. were contracted directly <br /> by Amerco/U-Haul. The following sections present the site background,details of the underground storage <br /> • tank closure program, and the results of the soil sampling investigation. <br /> 1 <br />
