Obtain permit from San Joaquin Health District. <br /> B. Obtain permit from Fire Marshall after district <br /> approval. <br /> C. Notify the following 48 hours prior to removal: <br /> 1. San Joaquin Health District. <br /> 2. Fire Marshall. <br /> 3. California Lab Testing. <br /> Og, D. Dry ice tank, excavate tank , remove tank and set on <br /> \ site. (Dry ice will be 15 lbs. per 1000 gallons of <br /> fuel during removal and transport. ) <br /> E. California Lab Testing to perform two each tests <br /> as required by San Joaquin Health District. Analytical <br /> results to be forwarded to the Health District. Testing <br /> shall be completed with a backhoe at two - four feet <br /> below the tat locatiopill e st d the Health <br /> Distri X14' <br /> t <br /> F. Tank triple-rinsed by Westerh Metering Service <br /> and tested for nonpotable usage. <br /> G.
