No. Egg -029 CONCLUSIONS Based upon observations made at the time of our field investigations, results of chemical analysis conducted on subsoil samples obtained at the time of our drilling, interviews with personnel associated with the project site, and professional interpretation, it is believed that no substantial concentrations of any petroleum constituents are present beneath the previous underground storage tank locations. Additionally, no potential threat to groundwater resources appears to be present at the project site. LIMITATIONS The findings of this report were based on the results of field and laboratory investigations and the interpolation of subsurface conditions associated with our soil borings. Therefore, the data are accurate only to the degree of review of the data obtained and by professional interpretation. Exploratory soil borings were located in the field by review of available maps and by pacing or tape measurements, as interpreted from available maps. Therefore, the soil boring locations should be considered accurate only to the degree implied by the methods used to locate them. Chemical testing was done by a laboratory approved by the State of California Department of Health Services for the testing performed. The results of the chemical testing are accurate only to the degree of the care of insuring the testing accuracy and the representative nature of the soil samples obtained. The findings presented herewith were based on professional interpretation using state of the art methods and equipment and a degree of conservatism deemed proper as of the report date.
