Page No. 2
Proposal
anticipated that. the samples would be analyzed to detect the presence and
concentration of Benzene, Toluene, Xylenes, Ethylbenzene, and Total Volatile
Hydrocarbons.
A report would be prepared at the completion of the field and chemical
analysis portion of the investigation which detailed our findings. The report
would include a site plan showing the soil boring locations, logs of soil borings,
results of chemical analysis and a discussion of our findings.
Any permits required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department would be obtained prior to commencement of the field portion of
the investigation. Additionally, it is understood that a release form for
certified analytical reports would be required prior to the field portion of the
investigation.
We would be in a position to begin the investigation within three days of
your written authorization to proceed. It is anticipated that, the field,
laboratory analysis and report preparation for the project would take about 15
working days.
If there are any questions or if we can be of further assistance, please do
riot hesitate to contact our office.
JSP/MRE/jp
3c herewith
Respectfully Submitted,
KRAZAN & ASSOCIATES
Jeffrey S.
