2 . Problems Identified The problem with false positives in the SRWCF 1987 chlorinated phenol data previously reported has been corrected. The 1988 data contains several anomalous analysis . Additional data is needed to resolve the anomalies. 3 . Activities Next Quarter Monitoring will continue according to the workplan. A new flow proportional composite sampler will be in- stalled on the process wastewater discharge stream. 4. Schedule for Completion This task is ongoing. TASK 22 CRP IMPLEMENTATION 1 . Progress Made This Quarter Considerable progress in implementation of the Community Relations Plan (CRP) has been made in this time period. The following is a description of the accomplishments made for each activity listed in the CRP. Copies of relevant com- munications are included in Appendix B. ACTIVITY 1 : Contact Person Leticia Rico has been identified as the contact person for DHS community relations . The DHS project manager is Jeff Van Slooten, and the RWQCB contact is Gary Reents . Contact names , addresses , and telephone numbers were listed in the fact sheet mailed to area residents and local officials last week. STATUS: Activity 1 is essentially complete. Contact names will be included in future communications with the public and agencies . ACTIVITY 2 : Information Repository Information repositories have been established at two loca- tions in Stockton: the Bogg' s Tract Community Center and the Stockton Public Library. The July 13 , 1988 , letter from Pamela Beekley to Charles McCormick III (included in Appen- dix B) describes the contents of the information repositories and the hours repositories are available for public review. Copies of the fact sheet have since been added to the repos- itories. STATUS: Activitv 2 is essentially complete . Addition- al technical documents and fact sheets will be added to the repositories as they are completed.
