Marenco, Supervisor 2"d District, and Environmental Health <br />Division (EHD) representatives, April 17, 2001, you were informed of the requirement for <br />annual monitoring verification by Mr. Doug Wilson, Supervising REHS Unit III. At that <br />time, you were given the names of contractors and copies of the (monitoring system) check <br />off sheet. Mr. Wilson told you to make sure our staff (Unit IIl inspector), is present during <br />certification inspection, otherwise, additional cost of inspection at a later date would occur. <br />Today I reviewed the file for 4407 E. Waterloo, Stockton. I found that you have not notified <br />the EHD of the inspection to conduct the annual monitoring system test or annual leak <br />detector test required by Title 23, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 2630(d) <br />and CCR Section 2637(b) as requested on April 17, 2001. <br />During file review, I found your site does not, meet the requirements for automatic shut-off <br />required by Title 23 CCR, Section 2636(f)(4), and must do an annual line tightness test. <br />Please schedule the required testing and contact the EHD by September 27, 2001.
