Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. At the time of inspection, the monitoring plan was not current and/or not approved by the EHD. Two models of leak detectors (FE Petro and VMI) were listed for each UST. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes to identify only one correct leak detector per tank, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation.
