San Joaquin Street PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> SUBJECT: Underground Storage Tank Closure Plan - 1325 and 1541 West <br /> Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Ms. Violett: <br /> We have reviewed your July 24, 1991 memorandum to Mr. Jeffrey Rubin <br /> regarding the Closure Plan for Underground Storage Tanks located at 1325 <br /> and 1541 West Weber Avenue, Stockton, California. The deficiencies in the <br /> Closure Plan and accompanying submittals are addressed below.. <br /> ✓4, A check for $1582.00 is enclosed for the corrected facility, tank, state <br /> surcharge, and removal fees. <br /> The EPA ID number for this tank removal is CAC-000621232. <br /> Jr`/ The Authorization to Release, signed by Ric Notini, Director of <br /> Environmental Services for Catellus Development Corporation, is <br /> enclosed. <br /> The Tank Tracking Record has been completed to the extent possible, <br /> and is enclosed. <br /> The amount of dry ice to be used to inert the tanks will be 30 lbs per <br /> 1000 gallons of tank capacity. <br /> rr. Soil samples will be collected 2' to 4' beneath the bottoms of the tanks. <br /> Either Mr. William Spong or Mr. Shannon Sadler will be the on-site <br /> Safety Officer. There will be a tailgate safety meeting with all site <br /> personnel prior to beginning on-site activities. <br /> We have contacted Jerry Herzick of the San Joaquin County Building <br /> Department (SJCBD) regarding clarification on requirement of a <br /> compaction report.
