Failed Components 1 Cause(s) <br /> 1. Unleaded Secondary Containment Piping No. SPT#1 <br /> (branches to two dispensers #1 and #1A). <br /> a. Secondary Test boot in UDC#1 leaks. <br /> 2. Unleaded Under-Dispenser Secondary Containment Sump No. UDC#1: <br /> a. Secondary test boot leaks. <br /> b. Conduit penetration boot leaks. <br /> 3. Diesel Under-Dispenser Secondary Containment Sump No. UDC#2; <br /> a. Conduit Entry Boot leaks. <br /> 4. Unleaded Piping Sump No. PST#1 <br /> a. Sump wall connection to tank leaks. <br /> 5. Hydraulic Oil Tank Secondary Containment Piping <br /> a. Non-Testable - Piping cannot be plugged or capped. <br /> 6. Hydraulic Oil Tank Piping Sump <br /> a. Non-Testable - Secondary piping penetration cannot be capped or plugged. <br /> 7. Waste Oil Tank Secondary Containment Piping <br /> a. Non Testable - Secondary piping cannot be plugged or capped. <br /> 6. Waste Oil Tank Piping Sump <br /> a. Non Testable - Secondary piping penetration cannot be capped or plugged. <br /> B. Proposed Repair Methods <br /> 1. Unleaded Secondary Containment Piping No. SPT#1 <br /> a. Disconnect and remove dispenser from island. <br /> b. Tighten secondary test boot. <br /> c. Pressurize unleaded secondary containment piping to test for leakage., <br /> d. If fails, replace existing test boot with TMBlueline Technologies Urethane Repair Test <br /> Reducer. (Piping need not be disconnected to install boot). <br /> e. Re-pressurize unleaded secondary containment piping to test for leakage. <br /> f. If test is passed, empty sump, then loosen and slide back secondary test boot to expose <br /> pipe opening. <br /> g. If test fails, excavation will be required and a revised work plan will be submitted. <br /> G. Pforr Page 1 of 4 <br />
