2. Unleaded Under-Dispenser Secondary Containment Sump No. UDC#1: <br /> a. Disconnect and remove dispenser from island. <br /> b. Tighten both secondary test boot and conduit entry boots. <br /> c. Clean all interior surfaces inside UDC. <br /> d. Fill UDC with clean water and test for leaks. <br /> e. If fails, repair existing conduit entry boot(s) with T"'Blueline Technologies one-sided <br /> Urethane Repair Kit(s). <br /> f. Refill UDC with clean water and test for leaks. <br /> g. Pump test water into drum for re-use in testing diesel UDC. <br /> h. If test is passed, loosen and slide back secondary test boot to expose pipe opening. <br /> i. If test fails, excavation will be required and a revised work plan will be submitted. <br /> 3. Diesel Under-Dispenser Secondary Containment Sump No. UDC#2: <br /> a. Disconnect and remove dispenser from island. <br /> b. Tighten conduit entry boots. <br /> c. Clean interior surfaces inside UDC. <br /> d. Fill UDC with clean water and test for leaks. <br /> e. If test fails, repair existing conduit entry boots using T"'Blueline Technologies one-sided <br /> Urethane Repair Kits. <br /> f. Refill UDC with clean water and test for leaks. <br /> g. Pump test water into drum for re-use in testing unleaded piping sump. <br /> h. If test is passed, loosen and slide back secondary test boot to expose pipe opening. <br /> i. If test fails, excavation will be required and a revised work plan will be submitted. <br /> 4. Unleaded Piping Sump No. PST#1 <br /> a. Disassemble and remove T"^Phil-Tite sump manhole cover and inner cover assemblies. <br /> b. Clean all interior surfaces of sump. <br /> c. Remove urethane putty filler from between old sump mounting ring and existing sump <br /> base. Clean surface thoroughly. <br /> d. Apply fiberglass fabric and resin between tank surface, sump ring, and base of <br /> fiberglass sump. Work to be performed by factory-trained crew from Phil-Tite <br /> Enterprises. <br /> e. Check all sump wall penetration seals and tighten, if necessary. <br /> f. Fill UDC with clean water and test for leaks. <br /> g. If test fails, seal existing leaking entry boot(s) using T"'Blueline Technologies one-sided <br /> Urethane Repair Kit(s). <br /> h. Refill U'DC with clean water and test for leaks. <br /> i. Place test water in DOT drums. Label drum and place in hazardous waste storage area <br /> for pick-up during the next scheduled hazardous waste milk run. <br /> j. If test is passed, loosen and slide back secondary test boot to expose pipe opening. <br /> k. If test fails, excavation will be required and a revised work plan will be submitted. <br /> I. Place test water in DOT drums. Label drum and place in hazardous waste storage area <br /> for pick-up during the next scheduled hazardous waste milk run. <br /> 5. Hydraulic Oil Tank Secondary Containment Piping <br /> a. Excavate west end of piping in conjunction with sump replacement. <br /> b. Re-configure primary and secondary piping penetration through wall of new tank- <br /> mounted fiberglass piping sump using petroleum-rated fiberglass piping. Install new <br /> reducer test boot. <br /> G. Pforr Page 2 of 4 <br />
