Procedures for non-routine tasks . <br /> C . Employees shall be retrained annually and/or as non- <br /> routine task begins . <br /> VIII .COMMUNITY RIGHT-TO-KNOW : <br /> A . AVAILABILITY <br /> 1 . Information concerning quantities of hazardous <br /> materials kept at a particular facility shall be <br /> available to the public upon request . The employer <br /> has ten ( 10) days to respond to these requests but <br /> may refuse to supply information . In this case , <br /> the matter may be referred to the appropriate <br /> government agency for processing . <br /> B . TRADE SECRETS <br /> 1 . A specific request for exemption must be made for <br /> each material which regards as a trade secret <br /> material . <br /> 2 . Information regarding the formulation of the trade <br /> secret material need not be released , unless the <br /> Bureau of Labor rules that the interested person <br /> has a legitimate interest . <br /> IX . EMERGENCY RESPONSE : <br /> A . In addition to the placarding noted above , Franzen-Hill <br /> Corporation shall submit a list of hazardous materials <br /> which are present at company facilities in significant <br /> amounts to the local fire department by certified letter . <br /> The list shall be updated as the material in use at <br /> Franzen-Hill Corporation changes . <br />
