Fittinqs with crewea a s. ifigures I tnrougn 8 and 9 <br /> zthrougn 16) <br /> 4.4.1.1 Use 2" wide tape, place strip on bottom of service <br /> at the prepared end, wrap as in a cigarette wrap, <br /> and extend under the main and up the back of the <br /> tee. In these situations. wrap the service, <br /> service tee, or control fitting as described previously. The 3 <br /> wrap on the main should be removed in a square pattern for <br /> about 6" from the welding area. The paper, whitewash, or <br /> outer wrap, etc., should be stripped back an additional 2 <br /> Select tape wide enough to cover- one-half of the window plus <br /> 2" overlay on the wrap. Slit the side of the strip to fit <br /> the base of the tee and apply twa patching strips lengthwise <br /> on either side of the tee. Repeat the process with two <br /> strips applied 900 to the first. <br /> 4.4.3 Flanged Control Fittings <br /> (Figures 17 through 28.
