Failing to equip the facility with an internal communications or alarm system <br />3 capable of providing immediate emergency instruction to facility personnel, in violation of <br />4 California Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66265.32(a); <br />5 i. Failing to equip the facility with decontamination equipment, in violation of <br />6 California Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66265.32(c); <br />7 j. Failing to have a contingency plan for the facility, in violation of California <br />8 Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66265.51(a); <br />9 k. Failing to have at least one employee either on facility premises or on call with. <br />10 the responsibility for coordinating all emergency response measurers, in violation of California <br />11 Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66265.55. <br />12 1. Failing to manage universal waste lamps in a way that prevents releases of any <br />13 universal waste or component of a universal waste to the environment, in violation of California <br />14 Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66273.13(c); !, <br />15 m. Failing to train all employees who handle or have responsibility for managing <br />16 universal waste, in violation of California Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66273.16. i <br />17 4. Defendants, in the course of Defendants' GROCERY STORE/GASOLINE STATION <br />18 activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25280 et seq., hereby permanently <br />19 enjoined from: <br />20 a. Failing to annually test the spill containment structure; in violation of Health <br />21 and Safety Code section 25284.2; <br />22 b.
