Failing to manage universal waste lamps in a way that prevents releases of any <br />13 universal waste or component of a universal waste to the environment, in violation of California <br />14 Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66273.13(c); !, <br />15 m. Failing to train all employees who handle or have responsibility for managing <br />16 universal waste, in violation of California Code of Regulations, title 22 section 66273.16. i <br />17 4. Defendants, in the course of Defendants' GROCERY STORE/GASOLINE STATION <br />18 activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25280 et seq., hereby permanently <br />19 enjoined from: <br />20 a. Failing to annually test the spill containment structure; in violation of Health <br />21 and Safety Code section 25284.2; <br />22 b. Failing to prevent structural weakening of secondary containment, in violation ~i <br />23 of Health and Safety Code section 25291(a)(2); <br />24 c. Failing to maintain monitoring system for water intrusion and for removing the <br />25 water, in violation Health and Safety Code section 25291(e); <br />26 d. Failing to maintain evidence of financial responsibility, in violation of Health <br />27 and Safety Code section 25292.2(a); <br />28 e. Failing to install and maintain monitoring equipment capable of detecting a <br />3 <br />PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JiJDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION
