An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of an outdated monitoring plan dated 2016 with information that has changed since was found on site. These plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a current copy on site. The manager, Riva Kaur, made the correction to the monitoring plan that was on site while the inspector was on site to correct this violation. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
