Street address of facility (or location as described by <br /> section, township and range) : <br /> 2201 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, STOCKTON, CA 95203 <br /> b. Attach scaled and dimensioned plot plan of facility which <br /> shows and identifies the locations of: <br /> (1) Public and private streets. <br /> (2) Property lines. <br /> (3) Existing and proposed buildings (indicate heights) . <br /> (4) Adjacent property owners and uses. <br /> (5) Storage areas for fuel, materials and products. <br /> (6) Piping and ducts for carrying fuels, products,..and <br /> possible sources of air pollutants. <br /> 3 .
