E37902.01A <br /> December 6, 2000 Page 2 <br /> ANALYTICAL PROCEDURES <br /> The soil samples collected during this work were analyzed for: <br /> • benzene, toluene, ethyl-benzene, xylenes (BTEX), and methyl tertiary-butyl ether <br /> (MTBE) using the United States Environmental Protections Agency's (U.S. EPA's <br /> ) Method 8021; <br /> • total petroleum hydrocarbons-diesel range(TPH-D)constituents and total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons-gasoline range (TPH-G) using the gas chromatography/ flame <br /> ionization detection (GC/FID) method; <br /> • total recoverable petroleum hydrocarbons (TRPH)using U. S. EPA's Method 5520 <br /> F; <br /> • poly-chlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) using U. S. EPA Method 8082; and <br /> • total lead (Pb) using the U. S. EPA Method 6010. <br /> SUMNLARY OF ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br /> Soil sample analytical results are summarized in Table 1. Laboratory reports of analyses and Chain- <br /> of-Custody documentation are attached. <br />
