General Requirements <br /> 7 of 8 <br /> B. All persons shall wear hard hats while at the work site. Hats shall all be distinguishable <br /> from those worn by PG&E and other Contractor personnel on the work site. <br /> C. Records: <br /> 1. Contractor shall have and maintain an up-to-date list of its employees' names and <br /> addresses. <br /> 2. Contractor shall immediately notify PG&E of any medical emergency while on <br /> PG&E property and shall provide a written report to PG&E within 24 hours. <br /> 1.06 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br /> A. Contractor's Schedule: Submit a detailed bar chart schedule showing all the Work <br /> prior to commencing work. Show the key activity completion dates. <br /> 1.07 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. General <br /> 1. Submittals are instruments of Contractor and defined herein to include product <br /> data. <br /> a. Product Data: Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instruction, brochures, <br /> diagrams, and the information furnished by Contractor from the manufacturer to illustrate a <br /> material, product, or system for some portion of the Work. Le. - concrete mix design(s) and <br /> concrete adhesive(s) data. <br /> 1.08 FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br /> A. General: PG&E will develop a punch list of Work to be performed that must be fulfilled by <br /> Contractor prior to final acceptance of the project by PG&E and issuance of a Final <br /> Certificate of Payment. <br /> B. Final Cleanup: Immediately prior to Contractor's request for final inspection of the Work <br /> or any portion thereof, final cleanup shall be performed by Contractor. In addition to the <br /> normal "broom-clean" requirements, Contractor is responsible for assuring that the <br /> exposed surfaces of the following materials shall be cleaned as listed herein: <br /> 1. Concrete Slabs: Scrape and remove all concrete and adhesive residue from <br /> adjacent surfaces. <br /> 2. Premises and Site: Remove all trash, debris, and excavation concrete and dirt. <br /> No items shall be left or discarded elsewhere on the site. Items that shall be <br /> discarded shall be removed to authorized public dumps. Leave premises "broom- <br /> clean." <br />
