General Requirements <br /> 6 of 8 <br /> 2. Contractor shall be responsible for all damage to PG&E property, including but not <br /> limited to , bathrooms, drinking fountains and shall repair all damage resulting from <br /> such use. <br /> D. Work by PG&E or by Other Contractors: <br /> 1. PG&E reserves the right to perform Work related to the project, but not within the <br /> Work specified by this Specification, with their own personnel and to award <br /> separate Contracts to third parties in connection with other portions of the project <br /> or other Work on the site. <br /> 2. The Contractor shall afford PG&E and other Contractors reasonable opportunity <br /> for the introduction and storage of their materials and equipment and the execution <br /> of their work and shall connect and coordinate this Work with theirs as required by <br /> this Specification. <br /> 3. If any part of Contractor's Work depends on proper execution of Work by PG&E or <br /> any other Contractors. Contractor shall, prior to proceeding with the Work, <br /> promptly report to PG&E an apparent discrepancies or defects in such other work <br /> that render it unsuitable for such proper execution and results. Failure of <br /> Contractor to report such discrepancies or defects shall constitute an acceptance <br /> of PG&E's or other Contractors' work as fit and proper to receive Contractor's <br /> work, except as to latent defects which may subsequently become apparent in <br /> such work by others. <br /> 4. Should Contractor cause damage to the Work or property of PG&E or to other <br /> work on the site, Contractor shall promptly remedy such damage. <br /> 5. Should Contractor cause damage to the Work or property of any other Contractor, <br /> Contractor shall promptly attempt to settle with such other Contractor by <br /> agreement or otherwise resolve the dispute. <br /> E. Contractor Representative's Training: Prior to commencing Work, PG&E shall instruct <br /> Contractor regarding PG&E's requirements for safety, security, and fire prevention. <br /> During the Contract period, Contractor shall instruct each of their employees prior to <br /> commencing Work on PG&E's property of PG&E's safety, building security, fire <br /> extinguisher locations, and operation requirements. <br /> 1.05 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS AT WORK SITE <br /> A. No person shall keep firearms, bows and arrows, or any projectile firing implements on <br /> their person or in their vehicle while working at the work site. No alcoholic beverages or <br /> drugs are allowed at the work site. Refer to the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy paragraph <br /> of the General Conditions. Violations of the above requirements by any person will be <br /> grounds for denial of access to the work site. <br />
