Main, Stockton, California <br /> STOKLEY PROJECT Q75 <br /> 1) INTRODUCTION <br /> This Site Safety Plan (SSP) establishes the requirements to <br /> adequately protect workers during underground storage tank (UST) <br /> removal activities for the property at 4075 E. Main, Stockton, <br /> California. Specific site safety procedures to be utilized for <br /> all personnel involved in the project are explained herein. <br /> This plan presents a realistic approach to the anticipated <br /> hazards at the site and shall be considered as an appropriate <br /> site specific worker protection plan. Site conditions may vary <br /> throughout the duration of the project. As the conditions <br /> change, parts of the plan may be updated as required. All <br /> changes in health and safety measures specified must be approved <br /> by the Site Safety Officer (SSO) . <br /> A copy of this SSP will be kept on site at all times and made <br /> available to all personnel assigned to this project. In addition <br /> to this, all information presented in the Site Safety Plan will <br /> be reviewed with said employees by SSO. <br /> Every employee is expected to be familiar with and comply with, <br /> all portions of the SSP. Regulatory personnel , visitors and <br /> contractors entering the work areas are expected to be familiar <br /> with and adhere to all provisions of the SSP. Such personnel will <br /> be expected to utilize personal protective equipment which equal <br /> to, or exceeds that designated by the SSO. Documentation of <br /> medical and training qualifications may be required. Anyone <br /> failing to adhere to the requirements of the SSP may be <br /> prohibited from entering the active work areas. <br />
