PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE <br /> Project Director James (Tex) Stokley <br /> Project Manager Jeff Hall <br /> Site Safety Officer James (Tex) Stokley/Jeff Hall <br /> 2. 1 Project Manager Responsibilities <br /> Overall management of the technical aspects of the project <br /> and the work plan. <br /> 2. 2 Site Safety Officer Responsibilities <br /> Maintaining a copy of the SSP on site at all times. <br /> Acting as the decon team leader. <br /> On site implementation of the SSP and any ambient air <br /> monitoring program. <br /> Halting or delaying any site activities when necessary to <br /> protect worker or public health and safety, or the <br /> protection of the environment. <br /> Conducting inspections to determine the effectiveness of the <br /> SSP.
