Fabricated from carbon steel in accordance with U.L. 58 tanks for diesel fuel. Each tank will be spark tested 35,000 to 40,000 volts holiday test before"setting" tanks. Tanks will be 12,000 gallon specific gallons. Tanks will be tested at 4 to 5 lbs. air pressure. Over fill protection will be universal valve assy. model #422 for single wall vent lines. Fill spill container recovery system will be awo Wheaton model 1003, 5 gallon capacity and diverter. Fill pipe will be 4" pipe with 4" Fmoc Wheaton drop tube. Product lines will be 2" fiberglass pipe by Ameron (Dualoy 3000L) adhesive .will be_ C20HT. Secondary containment will be 3" fiberglass pipe by Ameron (Dualoy 3000L) with 2 -pc. fittings. Adhesive will be SC10. The vent lines will be 2" single wall pipe tieing into Universal ball valve assy. #V422. Monitor system for anular space in tanks, sub pump sump, and pipe termination will be leak alert VSD bulletin #LA -8601 to monitor (2) two leak alert probes will be installed at the bottom of the tanks and the bottom of the pipe sumps. Tank anular spaces and (2) two sub pump sumps. System will be hard wired from tanks to building product line leak detectors will be (2) two Red Jacket #216-003. We will install (2) twocontainment sumps, made by Modern Welding, around sub pumps and for product lines to terminate in. To catch any product that could escape from the product lines for sub pump. Sumps will be made of mild steel with fiberglass coating with a cover on top and 30" X 30" C.N.I. street box in concrete above.sunps. We will build containment boxes under dispensers of concrete with resin coating on the inside. Back fill aroun tanks will be dand and 3/8" round pea gravel around fiberglass piping • ' Submersible pumps will be (2) twoRed Jacket A H.P. pumps. Hard wired in conduit to building and card system.
