Marsh St., Stockton, Cal.-Lfornla. <br /> Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division, has reviewed the above <br /> referenced sampling report dated November 26, 1990. <br /> The 6.6 ppm sample result for the lead (sample 2-1) Waste Extraction rest (WET) <br /> exceeded the Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration (SMC) of 5 ppm as specified <br /> in Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 66699. <br /> The 2 .5 ppm sample result for cadmium (sample 1-2) exceeded the S=C of 2 .0 ppm. <br /> According to Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 66700, a WET test <br /> is to be performed when an STLC is exceeded. According to your report, the WET <br /> test was not performed an this element. <br /> since the above sampling report related to random sampling of the site and the <br /> hazardous waste levels were exceeded, it Is recommended that further assessment <br /> be pex-farmed on rise site prior to issuance of any build-Lag pemaits.
