He stated that during the demolition of the structures on the property a fuel tank had been discovered and uncovered by the demolition contractor, We drove to Station 96 to get the gas monitor and to True Value Hardware to purchase batteries. Upon arrival we met Steven SWh from San Joaquin County Enviromnentai Health and Carrie for City of Tracy Code Enforcement. I used the GT2400 to sample the vapors at the opening on top of the tank.
