Submit information that would reflect this <br /> condition. <br /> 13. Sheet FS7.01 does not address how the vacuum sensor manifold piping (chase for <br /> vacuum)between the fill and turbine sumps of both gasoline and diesel tanks are <br /> monitored. Submit information that would address this monitoring requirement. <br /> 14. Sheet FS4.01 does not show the two diesel USTs being manifold, while Sheet FS2.16 <br /> shows a double wall siphon line connecting the two diesel UST. Address this <br /> Inconsistency and submit corrected blue print. <br /> 15. Provide information how the two turbine pumps (per tank) are programmed to tum on or <br /> shut off, and how the four pumps switch between the two manifold diesel UST, in such a <br /> way that they are in compliance with positive shut down requirement per Title 23 <br /> 2535(0(5)(B). <br /> 16. Drawings of the double wall sumps and UDC sumps on Sheet FS4.03, FS9.01, and <br /> FS9.03 do not reflect they are double wall, and the striker plate for the diesel tank STP <br /> sump on Sheet FS9.03 is not labelled. Submit drawings that accurately label and <br /> illustrate the components. <br /> 17. Provide information of the height of the ball float on Sheet FS9.03 including calculation <br /> showing its operation does not interfere with the overfill protection of the flapper drop <br /> tube. <br /> 18. Provide information that the selected OPW shroud boot for the fill sump is the watertight <br /> version. <br /> 19. Clarify if the shroud boots manufacturer of the shroud boot components(E4 I.D. #6-9) <br /> U on Sheet FSO-03 is indeed Containment Solution. <br /> 20. Clarify the if"Drawing"FS-108-09.4"" referenced on General Notes Iter#1 of Sheet <br /> FSO.01 refers to Sheet FS9.04. If not, please provide"Drawing "FS-108-09.4". <br /> 21. Provide verification or comment from the piping manufacturer if installing the insulation <br /> form (sic)noted on Drawing 4 of Sheet FS9.01 is acceptable. <br /> 22. Provide location of water wells, septic systems, and storm drains (present or proposed) <br /> on the blue print. <br /> 23. Provide information on how installation of the proposed 4000-gallon diesel aboveground <br /> tank will meet Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rules and <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act(APSA)requirement. <br /> A copy of Page 4 and 5 (required submittals checklist)of the permit application was not <br /> provided to EHD along with the permit application. While submitting the checklist to EHD is not <br /> required, EHD encourages the use of it to ensure all the required information has been <br /> addressed. A blank copy has been attached with this letter for your convenience. <br /> Please submit the above-listed information in triplicates.
