Additionally, Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the j manufacturer of that component. 4. The UST system must be compatible with the substance being stored, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23, Section 2631.1. 5. All pi piping, fittings, sumps, and tanks must be certifiedby an independent testing organization and labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete,list.) Pursuant to Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) listing requirements, only those products bearing the UL mark will be considered listed. ANY PART/PRODUCT NOT MARKED WITH THE UL LABEL OR ANOTHER LISTED TESTING ORGANIZATION WILL BE REJECTED. 6. All monitoring systems shall be listed in the CA State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Local Guidance (LG) 113 letter. 7. All installation and testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instructions, CCR Title 23, Section 2635 and Section 2636. 8. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. i 9. UST sumps must be constructed "product tight" as defined by California Health and Safety Code (HSC) Section 25290.1. 10. All tank top openings that are connected to the primary space of the UST must have secondary containment, audible/visual alarm and be product tight or terminate at grade. i 11. All secondary containment for the UST must be constructed per HSC Section 25290.1(c) (3). 12. The secondary containment system for the UST must be continuously monitored as required under HSC Section 25290.1 13. Overfill 'prevention for the UST shall satisfy CCR Section 2635(b) (2) (A) pursuant to the permit application. i 14. All UST metal components in direct contact with the ground such as flexible connectors, swing joints, fittings, clamps, bands, and pumps shall have corrosion protection. 15. Any changes in the approved scope of work shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to commencing work.All new submittals supersede the previous ones. 16. A"Certification of Installation/Modification"form for each tank shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent[pursuant to CCR Section 2635(d)] before this install will be considered complete by the EHD. 17. This facility shall be created in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)with the appropriate Certified Unified Program Agency(CUPA) programs (Hazardous Materials, Hazardous { Waste, Underground Storage Tank and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act) submittal elements made and accepted by the EHD prior to scheduling a final inspection. 18.
