Passing Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) results for the UST must be received by the EHD prior to <br /> depositing product into the UST. <br /> 20. The UST monitoring system and overfill prevention must be inspected for functionality and approved <br /> prior to depositing product into the UST. <br /> 21. A Spill Prevention; Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan must be submitted to the EHD prior to <br /> placing the aboveground petroleum storage tank system into operation. <br /> 22. No gasoline, diesel, or other hazardous material or waste can be released (intentionally or <br /> unintentionally)to the sewer/septic, storm water system, or any other waters of the state. If a release <br /> occurs it will be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal and will be subject to enforcement. <br /> 23. Contact Ray von Flue, REHS at(209)468-9848 for scheduling inspections.
