Please be aware that this is not an approval letter. The , <br /> following deficiencies.were noted during the review of the information received on July 10, 2014. <br /> Please provide three copies of all submitted documents. <br /> 1. On sheet FS0.03, Fuel System Equipment Schedule, the quantity, description, <br /> manufacturer, and model number were not listed for the following components: {. <br /> a. Piping — Fiberglass/Steel for product, vent and vapor. <br /> b. Line leak detector for product piping. <br /> Please make the necessary additions to the equipment schedule and resubmit the <br /> revised sheet. <br /> 2. On sheet FS0.03, the manufacturer for the piping penetration fittings is listed as S. <br /> Bravo. On sheet FS9.01,.diagrams 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, sheet FS9.03, diagram 4, sheet FS9.04, <br /> diagram 4, and sheet.FS1`0,01, diagram 1 illustrate that the piping penetration fittings are <br /> "Smith". In the EHD application for underground storage tank installation permit the <br /> piping penetrations manufacturer is listed as"Smith, Model number 01240-626-0". <br /> Please correct the sheets by labeling the correct manufacturer for the piping <br /> penetrations for all of the listed sheets. Resubmit the revised sheets. <br /> I <br /> 3. Manufacturer's installation certifications-have not been provided for all of the <br /> components being installed (Containment Solutions, NOV, S. Bravo Systems, <br /> Veeder <br /> Root, etc.). <br />
