Report <br /> not received by county until 6/5/92 . <br /> 9/25/91 Verbal order by Carol OzA county) for Giambanco to <br /> submit tank closure plan by 10/24/91 . Condition not <br /> met <br /> 1/6/92 Second verbal order by Carol Oz for Giambanco to submit <br /> tank closure plan by 1/24/92 . Condition not met . <br /> 1/25/92 Carol Oz requests administrative hearing for non- <br /> compliance . <br /> 3/11/92 Work/boring to start on site 3/12/92 . <br /> 3/12/92 Monitoring wells and soil borings begun. <br /> 3/27/92 Monitoring well sampling reveals clear yellow odorous <br /> liquid on top of water samples . <br /> 5/7/92 Site characterization report received. <br /> 6/10/92 Report from 6/2 1 913 subsurface investigation received. <br /> 6/10/92 Giambanco required to attend an administrative hearing <br /> at the county offices .
