Plan not received until December 12 , <br /> 1992 . <br /> 9/9/92 City of Stockton filed a violation notice . <br /> 9/18/92 County staff called Giambanco and explained the minimum <br /> requirements for compliance : 1) free product removal; <br /> 2) tank closure plan; 3) continuous quarterly <br /> monitoring. By October 12, 1992 these items were still <br /> not corrected. <br /> 9/21/92 City of Stockton Fire Department issued directive to <br /> remove tanks or activate now. Condition not met . <br /> 1{}/9/92 Mike Infurna (county) again directed Giambanco to <br /> submit free product removal plan and initiate quarterly <br /> monitorings . Condition not met . <br /> 10/22/92 County received a letter from Giambanco stating that he <br /> would submit the tank closure plan no later than <br /> October 30, 1992 . <br /> 11/6/92 Giambanco told the county he would send the closure <br /> plan by November 9, 1992 . <br /> 12/?/92 Giambanco dies . The Pete Giambanco, Sr. Estate is <br /> created. <br /> 1/22/93 Mike Infurna (county) directed Giambanco to remove free <br /> product immediately. First day of free product removal <br /> March 22 , 1993 . <br /> 1/25/93 Carol Oz (county) granted 30 day extension to submit <br /> tank closure plan. Condition not met . <br /> 3/9/93 Carol Oz granted 90 day extension to submit tank <br /> closure plan. <br /> 5/5/93 County received tank closure plan. Removal planned for <br /> May 14, 1993 . <br />
