On October 31, 2012, Mr. Backus was contacted by Mr. Eric Beidleman, Senior Vice <br /> President of BBCN Bank asking about the compliance status of the facility. Mr. Backus <br /> sent him copies of the March 28, 2012, Notice to Abate and the June 29, 2012, UST <br /> inspection report by email (Attachment 5).
