(4) Inspecting for the presence of hazardous substance, water, or debris in containment <br /> sumps that, in the past month, have had an alarm for which there is no record of a <br /> service visit, and checking that the monitoring equipment in these containment <br /> sumps is located in the proper position to detect a leak at the earliest possible <br /> opportunity. <br /> (5) Checking that all required testing and maintenance for the underground storage tank <br /> system have been completed, and documenting the dates these activities occurred. <br /> (6) Verifying that all facility employees have been trained in accordance with subdivision <br /> 2715(f). <br /> -> During the June 29, 2012, UST inspection, it could not be determined that the <br /> designated operator was performing the monthly inspections. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2715(e) Designated operator monthly inspection reports not <br /> maintained on site for at least 12 months. The owner or operator shall maintain a <br /> copy of the monthly inspection record and all attachments for the previous twelve <br /> months.
