Inner gloves and Tyvek® suit are deposited <br /> ' in separate waste collection containers lined with plastic. <br /> Equipment : Containers (30- to 50-gallon) <br /> Plastic liners <br /> Equipment Decontamination <br /> All equipment used in the remediation operations on site shall be <br /> cleaned in the decontamination area before removal to the Support <br /> Zone. Protective equipment such as respirator facepieces will be <br /> ' decontaminated at the end of the shift. Heavy equipment will be <br /> cleaned, as appropriate, before removal to the Support Zone. <br /> It is the responsibility of the Field Supervisor to make sure all <br /> ' pieces of heavy equipment coming off-site are properly <br /> decontaminated, according to the procedures outlined above. <br /> Documentation of decontamination must be made in the field log <br /> ' notebook that will then become part of the permanent project <br /> file.
