Still need 1) certifications-OPW and PE 2308 VO <br /> ICC service tech 2) correct part numbers 3) clarification if concrete will be broken SC 198 <br /> 4) Tank chart. <br /> Called and left a message with Abby for Robert to call me back. <br /> Ahmad called back and I requested for certifications, correct parts number and <br /> tank chart. He confirmed that concrete will be broken. <br /> 12/04/2015 Received an email from Robert Velasco with ICC Installer and OPW certifications. PE 2308 VO <br /> SC 198 <br /> Called Robert Velasco at 661-250-9300 and requested for ICC service technician, <br /> tank chart and riser length, correct part number, and clarification on if the facility <br /> will keep ball float as a overfill prevention method in conjunction with flapper. <br /> Discussed that if he resends the certification of another technician then please <br /> send a complete set of certifications of one technician. He will get back to me on <br /> the overfill prevention method. <br /> 12/10/2015 Received an email from Robert Velasco on 12/9 with requested revisions. PE 2308 VO <br /> Received ICC and manufacturer certifications, revised plan with correct part SC 198 <br /> number, tank chart and clarification on ball float. <br /> Mr. Robert Velasco stated in the email that the ball float with not be kept. <br /> Reviewed the service request and requested for a signature for the billing <br /> information on page 2 of service request from Mr. Robert Velasco. He will send a <br /> revised page with signature on by today. Verified that I have the correct tank <br /> charts. <br /> 12/11/2015 Received revision for the billing signature and drafted approval letter for service PE 2308 VO <br /> request. Sent to GB for review. SC 198 <br /> Emailed a scanned copy of the approval letter and service request application to <br /> Robert Velasco at robertv@asengineer.com <br /> 02/12/2016 Called Ahmad Ghaderi , service requestor, at 661-250-9300 and left a message PE 2308 VO <br /> with Abby to follow up on the status of the service request. SC 198 <br /> 03/28/2016 Called Ahmed Ghaderi, service requestor, (661-250-9300) to follow up status on PE 2308 VO <br /> an open SR. Left a message with Robert Velasco. SC 198 <br /> Received an email with Robert with an update of the project. He stated that the <br /> project will start in next 3 months.
