Mariposa Rd, Stockton, CA 95205 SR0076036 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to install 2 turbines in the 87 STP sump and replace the existing <br /> turbine in the 91 STP sump and replace leak detectors in the 87 and 91 products on the <br /> underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br /> detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> b. Secondary containment test (after backfill) of the 87 and 91 tanks, 87 and 91 piping, <br /> 87 and 91 turbine sumps. <br /> c. Testing of the 87 and 91 product pipe primary containment by either using the PLLD <br /> to conduct a 0.1 gallon/hour test or have a SWRQB licensed Tank Tester conduct a <br /> line test witnessed by an EHD inspector. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system tank prior to the <br /> EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br />
