The monitoring plan indicated incorrect sensor models for the UDC sensors, incorrectly marked"Yes,"for"UDC Monitoring Stops Flow of Product at Dispenser", and also incorrectly marked"Yes,"for"Tank Integrity Testing." The facility manager corrected, and resubmitted to CERS during the inspection. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
