Take all necessary <br /> precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 111 CCR 2638(a) Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment annually. <br /> Annual monitoring system certification(MSC)and leak detector testing were performed on February 14, 2016, more <br /> than two months past the due date of November 2015.The annual MSC and leak detector testing should have been <br /> completed in November 2016 and November 2017.
