Bob <br />0 <br />O/C TANKS [Double -Wall <br />Tank & Accessories <br />A Typical' System Overview <br />Double -Wall Tank <br />Model DWT -2P Tank <br />with `Built -In" Hydrostatic <br />Tank Monitor. <br />Standard Features <br />A Fiberglas® Reservoir <br />The major monitoring compo- <br />nent is the Fiberglas reservoir, <br />which is surface -mounted to <br />the tank top. <br />B Flow Channels <br />Four engineered flow <br />channels—running the length <br />of the tank—assure a free flow <br />of liquid between entire sur- <br />fayes of both shell walls and <br />end caps. <br />C Tank -Mounted Fittings <br />Wide spacing between fittings <br />on tank "fill end" can accom- <br />modate large capacity over- <br />spill containers; also includes <br />center fitting location for place- <br />nient of electronic inventory <br />gauge. <br />D Additional Monitoring <br />Fitting <br />Additional fittings are provided <br />for alternate monitoring sensors. <br />E Tank Bottom Deflector <br />Gauge Plates <br />Deflector gauge plates are <br />included under all primary <br />tank fittings to prevent tank <br />damage from dipstick abuse. <br />F Bumper Pads <br />The tank is shipped with <br />resilient bumper pads attached <br />to both ends of the tank. This <br />protective packaging protects <br />the outer wall from shipping <br />damage and accidental han- <br />dling abuse at the jobsite. The <br />tank may be burled without <br />removing the pads. <br />Optional Accessories <br />from OIC TANKS: <br />1 Reservoir Sensor <br />This sensor monitors the <br />Cm <br />10 <br />B <br />liquid level in the Fibergla$ r <br />reservoir. Under normal con- <br />ditions, the high and low liquid <br />level switches are normally <br />closed. <br />2 Brine Antifreeze <br />Hydrostatic Monitoring fluid for <br />cold climate areas. <br />E <br />3 Electronic Control Panel <br />A U.L. listed control panel is <br />available for continuous elec- <br />tronic monitoring of the tank <br />reservoir sensor and the con- <br />tainment collar sensor. <br />
