�I <br /> 15. Overfill prevention shall satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2)(C)pursuant to the permit application. <br /> 16. All metal components in direct contact with the ground such as flexible connectors, swing joints, <br /> fittings, and pumps shall be cathodically protected. <br /> 17. Submit a Monitoring and Response Plan to EHD prior to the final inspection. <br /> 18. Submit the Best Management Practices to EHD for managing fuel spills and wash down water at <br /> this site prior to the final inspection. <br /> 19. Abandon the onsite septic tank and connect to a sanitary as sewer system once it becomes available <br /> required by the City of Lathrop Conditional Use Permit No. 04-04 (See attached). <br /> 20. The two FE Petro leak detectors cannot operate at the same time on the attach <br /> because they will not be able to detect a 3 GPH leak at 1 -gallon diesel tanks <br /> 0 psi. Specify in the Monitoring Plan how <br /> the two turbines in the 20,000 gallon diesel tanks will not tum on at the same time which will <br /> prevent both leak detectors from operating at the same time. <br /> 21. The tank owner must submit the owner statement and name/ICC certification information for this <br /> facility's, "California UST System Operator"(Designated Operator)prior to the final inspection. <br /> 22. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to California Code of Regulation (CCR) <br /> 2635(d)]before this install will be considered complete by EHD. <br /> 23. No gasoline, diesel, or other hazardous material or waste can enter the septic tank. If it does, it will <br /> be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal. <br /> 24. An accurate and drawn-to scale-as-built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to scheduling a final <br /> inspection. <br /> 25. Passing Enhanced Leak Detection(ELD)results must be received prior to the fuel being received. <br /> Note: A separate permit application is-required to install ELD. <br /> 26. Contact Willy Ng, REHS at (209)468-3448 for inspections. See inspection checklist for the <br /> required inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 27. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
