Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Contact Garrett Backus to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice is <br /> required): <br /> a. Verify corrosion protection on the 89 fill riser before back filling. <br /> b. One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 89 product spill bucket. <br /> c. Verify the five gallon capacity and drain valve operation of the 89 product <br /> spill bucket. <br /> d. Functionality test of the 89 product tank annular liquid sensor. <br /> e. Functionality test of the 89 product line leak detector(3 gallon per hour at <br /> 10 psi leak test). <br /> f. Inspection of the 89 product drop tube to verify the 95%tank volume <br /> shutoff. <br /> 3. Since concrete is being broken near the 89 product UST, a third party tank <br /> integrity test and/or line integrity test(or equivalent)must be performed, once <br /> concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results <br /> must be received by the EHD within seven days of returning the facility to <br /> operating condition. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
