Blood analysis. <br /> Additional tests as appropriate, including chest Xray electrocardiogram stress test, <br /> pulmonary function test. <br /> Based on this examination, the physician will certify whether the individual is capable of full <br /> participation in the program, or whether this person must work within certain restrictions. <br /> Any person exposed to high levels of hazardous substances will be required to undergo a <br /> repeat medical examination at or before the conclusion of the project to determine the <br /> medical implications of this exposure. <br /> All medical records are held by CKY for a period of at least 30 years after the employee's <br /> termination of employment, in accordance with OSHA regulations on confidentiality and <br /> recordkeeping. <br /> In addition to the physical examination prior to entering the work zone, onsite medical <br /> surveillance is standard CKY procedure and includes heat stress monitoring and <br /> prevention, contaminant monitoring, and hearing conservation measures. All employee <br /> personal medical and safety training records are available in CKY's Corporate office <br /> . located in Torrance, California. <br /> C-16 <br />
