Perry's Comments: <br /> • 1. As addressed in the paragraph 13.0 Organization, the overall QA/QC <br /> responsibility rests with the QCM. In others words, QCM will be responsible for <br /> coordinating all laboratory elements. The PM, working with the QCM, will make sure that <br /> reports are reviewed and submitted promptly. <br /> 2. Construction Testing and Engineering, Inc. will be performing the materials <br /> (compaction) testing for this project. Their qualifications are provided in Attachment 2 of <br /> this letter. <br /> 3. The truck will exit the site and proceed north on Corral Hollow Road. It will travel <br /> about 5 miles on Corral Hollow Road to Interstate 205. <br /> 4. CKY is currently in the process of reviewing suppliers for borrow materials.
